“Without being with someone in person, you will be less willing to work out to your best.Working out at the gym allows you to have advice in real time and get pushed harder." my sistersaid to me. “Well, if you really want to have a try. first, choose proper programs or videos. That'svery important. And then ask your friends for advice. Their experiences can give you a good sightinto what you can expect, Anyway, don't be addicted to it, You should try different ways to work  out to be healthy.”

At her suggestions, I finally followed an online workout program with personalized help that is held for three months. After the first period of training, I felt it very practical and helpful when lput in the right amount of work along with a strong will. Compared with going to the gym, using online videos  to work out is a much cheaper and time-saving choice. But it can be difficultsometimes when I'm too lazy or too busy to stick to it.

Eye contact means looking into another person's eyes. This is a very important part of bodylanguage. It can be the key to communication. Eye contact can show feelings such as friendliness,interest and understanding.

In Western countries, using eye contact in conversations is very important. If you do not useeye contact, Westerners may think that you are not listening. And if you look away, they may also think that you are lying.

However, in many Asian countries, looking down when talking with an older person, like a teacher or a parent, is polite. These differences can cause problems. For example, an Asian person might look down while listening to a Western speaker. The Western speaker might think this person is not interested in what he or she is saying.

Not using eye contact can cause problems, but using too much is not polite either, In manycountries, watching other people, especially strangers, for a long time is impolite. This may makethem feel nervous.
